Renamed LICENSE-ICONS to ThirdPartyLicenses.md and included copyright notices for almost all used dependencies. Removed the embedded GPLv3 license text from the About UI file. Instead, include the GPLv3 markdown document as a separate entry in the compiled resources and load that. Added a new tab to the About dialog that shows the third party copyright notices.
